Either party may terminate services with appropriate notice as specified in the applicable service agreement. Upon termination, you must cease use of our services and return or destroy any confidential information.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
